Effective October 15, 2026. This notice describes how information submitted to this community website is used.

Inquiries and requests

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone and unit number, inquiry topic, and message. Submissions are saved in the website’s management inbox for designated administrators to review and respond to. The site does not automatically email submissions to management.

Owner accounts

The community website handles email-and-password sign-in. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes; raw passwords are not stored. Sign-in uses secure session cookies. Resident applications require first name, last name, unit number, rent or own, phone number, and email for administrator review. Private content is available only after approval or to designated board administrators.

Bulletin board and maintenance

Comments include your name and comment text. They are visible to board administrators for moderation, and to approved residents after approval. Your own pending comments are visible to you. Maintenance requests include your unit, contact email, subject, and request details and are visible to you and designated administrators.

Website services

Information is stored in a database on the community website’s server. Submission limits may use a network address to reduce spam. Sign-in uses the community website’s secure cookie service. The embedded Google map loads third-party content and is subject to Google’s privacy practices. This website includes no added advertising or analytics trackers.
